MACHINE FEATURES



 


●It is elaborated in line with European concepts and up to CE certification in terms of function and safety.

●Function of order change without machine stop saves the time of plate attachment and preparation to enhance machine efficiency.

●Automatic production control system, merely an order of box information is input in touch screen, axial and circumference data of feeder, printer, slotter and die cutter will be set automatically featuring accuracy and reliability without personal interference to realize full automation and enhance production efficiency.

●All bearings of the machine are original imported from Japan.

●Vacuum conveyance, the vacuum chamber elevation is set electrically and digitally at max setting value of 10mm; encoder adjustment, photocell limitation; Japanese precise bearings and lubrication system, precise straight rails position vacuum chamber; three sectional vacuum design to ensure the excellent printing registration accuracy on min 350mm printing length; the fan flow is set with variable frequency change to meet requirements of diversified blanks suction; the total fan power capacity is 3.7x3=11.1Kw.

●The distance between two adjacent printers is 1,485mm, which is 2.4 times that of normal movable machine units and the prolonged distance will improve ink drying effectively and conducive to high speed and efficient production.

●Axial extension is set electrically and digitally at ±10mm setting amount; it is set with encoder and photocell limitation.

●Entire machine is made with quality materials and components, all the transmission rollers are of quality steel through static/dynamic balance tests, polished after chromed.

●Blank printing is done with imported quality ceramic anilox cylinders added with closed doctor blade system to fulfill inking and ink scraping to let it adaptive to printing on different blanks. 



Feeder (1 unit)


                                                                                                                                      




1. Wheel Type Front Edge Feeder

⑴. Vacuum suction Wheel front edge feeder, fast feeding, high efficiency, high accuracy, stability of the system, to ensure that the bending cardboard can be successfully feeded (Max speed can reach to 300 sheets/ min).

⑵. Precise feeding works appropriately for the blanks between 1.5~10mm.

⑶. Equipped with board automatic  side shoot mechanism.

⑷. F/B、L/R baffles can be set on touch screen in electrical setting and digital control .

⑸. Main Frequency converter  adopts original imported Taiwan Delta (DELTA), saving power, low carbon environmental protection.


2. Pulling Rollers

⑴. Dual pulling roller system , the first pulling roller adopts floating structure, and the gap adjustment is carried out quickly.

⑵. Upper pulling roller consists of a steel core wrapped with abrasion proof rubber, the elastic system is able to secure stable and accurate conveying to guarantee precise registration; Bottom pulling roller adopt steel material.

⑶. The clearances between pulling rollers are set on touch screen in CNC.


3. Auto Zeroing

⑴. Feeder and printers are installed with auto zeroing devices.

⑵. The said zeroing device guarantees units’ universal unified setting benchmark and auto position setting to minimize blank waste.


4. Units Releasing and Closing

⑴. Even it is a stationary machine, units releasing and closing can be realized in machine service.

⑵. After units releasing and closing, every unit’s brake system acts automatically to make units at accurate position and secure their precise engagement to perfect the printing registration.

⑶. Main motor auto start protector secures main motor not to be started when units are not locked well; under main motor running state, shifting can not be done when unit shifting button is press down.


5. Dusting System

It sets airflow and pressure with converter to let it adapt to blanks of different sizes and even warp ones to improve printing quality.

●Printer is equipped with imported ceramic anilox cylinder and enclosed dual doctor blade system; Ink scraping chamber and rubber inking cylinder can be exchanged. With the quality doctor blade chamber and metal blade, the clearance between doctor blade and anilox cylinder can be set and a micro-setting is also added to realize quick adjustment and quick blade change. Dual directional membrane pump functions in ink supply and its ink volume can be set along with the main motor setting; its chamber can be cleaned quickly. Equipped with imported ink reversing valve, it saves water and ink and is easy for rinsing.  

●Anilox cylinder clearance setting can be done on touch screen, which is electrically set and digital controlled.



DRYING UNIT





1. IR heating system temperature rise is fast and stable, and every heating power is approx 45kw;

2. Temperature is constant control, and it is heated in section to save heating power;

3. Abnormal temperature warning, in case it is more than the limit, an acoustic sound remits featuring safety and reliability;

4. Pneumatic flapping system and special quick change FIR connector function in easy service.



SLOTTING UNIT







1. Automatic production control system, merely an order of box information is input in touch screen, axial and circumference data of feeder, printer, slotter and die cutter will be set automatically featuring accuracy and reliability without personal interference to realize full automation and enhance production efficiency.


2. Equipped with imported 10 inches high-definition color Schneider France (SCHNEIDER) touch screen, display clear, easy to operate, can store large capacity orders, with automatic change order.


3. The gap of each cutter setting is done on touch screen in electric setting and digital control.  


4. Quick change adjustable pre-press and line pressing structure ensure the pre-pressing and line pressing effect of different thickness paperboard.


5. Slotting Phase Setting

⑴. Slotting shaft is made of quality steel whose surface is chromed after milling, then through static /dynamic balance tests to enhance the running stability.

⑵. When the box height is adjusted and the knife seats move up and down, the anti-collision protection device is arranged, and the machine can not be damaged.


6. Slotting Axial Setting

⑴. Automatic production control system can fulfill the settings of box height, phase and axial shifting automatically in case all the data of orders are entered into touch screen without any human interference featuring accuracy and reliability. Coupled with transmission spindle, the top/bottom knives are well aligned to prolong their durability.

⑵. Slotting knife is 7mm wide and the serrated blade is made of steel alloy through thermal treatment to render it elastic and hard. The steel alloy trimming knife thermally treated assumes sharp and precise.

(10mm thickness knife can be selected according to customer's requirements to meet the requirements of different thickness carton board)

⑶. Elastic angle cutter is able cut off the blanks of single wall and double wall without any setting for easy handling.

⑷. The human/machine interface alarm indication displays machine abnormal situation to remove the faults in time.


7. Prescoring Wheel

⑴. The top/bottom prescoring shafts are made of quality steel under static /dynamic balance tests, and its surface is chromed and finely milled.

⑵. It is of 5 group prescoring wheel design, the top/bottom prescoring wheel surfaces are wrapped with PU material to protect the blanks.

⑶. The gap setting is done on touch screen in electric setting and digital control.


8. Scoring Wheel

⑴. Top/bottom scoring shaft is made of quality material through static /dynamic balance tests and finely milled.

⑵. Scoring wheels surfaces are wrapped with PU not to damage the blanks.

⑶. Scoring wheels and slotter knives work synchronously to secure the unified slotting and scoring.

⑷. Slotting clearance is set on touch screen in electric setting and digital control。

⑸. Slotting phase and box height are controlled with converter (dual speed).


9. Pulling Roller

⑴. Top/bottom pulling rollers are made of quality steel through static/dynamic balance tests, whose surface is chromed and finely milled.

⑵. It is designed with 4 group pulling rollers to fulfill stable and smooth blank conveying. Their surfaces are chromed and knurled.

⑶. Clearances of pulling rollers can be set on touch screen in electric setting and digital control.




DIE CUTTING  (1 UNIT)



1.  Diecutter Control Panel

⑴. Diecutting cylinder phase and axial settings can both be done on touch screen in CNC mode (electric setting and digital control).

⑵. All the clearances of cylinders can be fulfilled on touch screen in CNC mode (electric setting and digital control).

⑶. Phase control is done via dual speed converter.

⑷. Printing and diecutting phases are concentratedly controlled and also their micro setting can be available in running.


2. Die cutter Cylinder (bottom cylinder)

⑴. Die cutter cylinder adopts quality steel and is processed with best workmanship through static/ dynamic balance tests to enhance stable and smooth running and secure accurate diecutting.

⑵. Diecutter mould fastening screw hoes distance: axial: 100mm, racial: 20divisions.

⑶. Diecutter cylinder phase is set on touch screen in dual speed control with converter, the setting is executed at 360 degrees with planetary gears (available for running and stop).

⑷. Diecutter cylinder left/right shifting is done on touch in CNC mode (electric setting and digital control) within ±10mm range.


3. Anvil Cylinder (top cylinder)

⑴. It is made with quality steel, best workmanship, static/dynamic balance tests and the diecutting blanket imported from USA.

⑵. The anvil cylinder is equipped with tracing compensation system to control its speed and offset range is ±3mm.

⑶. Anvil blanket uses trimming system to maintain blanket flat to maximize its life and reduce costs.


4. Differerantial Compensation Device

This device functions in automatic linear speed offset caused by speed change due to diecutting blanket trimming so as to guarantee diecutting accuracy. When the anvil cylinder diameter becomes smaller due to the wearing or trimming, its linear speed varies accordingly, in this case, a differential compensation device installed on cylinder end is able to keep the same linear speed between diecutter and anvil cylinders, therefore to maintain blanks size of every lot complete same, and it is able to secure diecutting quality even the blanket are trimmed twice. The said linear compensation is controlled with motor.




AUTO FOLDING GLUING UNIT

Entire machine can be controlled with computer in one key entry and all the units will adjust itself in line with the box sizes automatically with one key entry after order input without manual setting. The large capacity memory is able to store 9999 box size orders featuring quick order change and easy operation to be able to do not only mass production but also those of small lots of diversified cartons specifications.


1.Feeder



 ●Front edge feeder of vacuum suction is suitable for feeding at high speed;

 ●Precise feeding, even the warp or fine-flute corrugated boards



2. Folder


●Blanks are moved forward by means of upper/bottom conveying belts of front conveying belt of folder. The feeding clearance can be set electrically and the upper/bottom belts clearances can be set automatically;

●The press wheels of blank feeding-in section of folder is able to set the clearance between every press wheel and lower beam independently;

● The machine body of feeding/folding unit consists of left/right beams and bottom beams, the large and small beams feature strong rigidity and sound stability to adapt to high machine running;

● In order to secure precise folding, the device making side pressing line is employed, and side creasing wheels of folding bar are installed at both folding bars to guarantee the absolute accuracy of 2nd creasing;

● Vacuum suction belt is designed at the back conveying section of folder moves blanks forward to prevent them from slipping to result in scissors difference;

● Correcting belt is installed on both sides of folder to facilitate precise folding;

● Folding beam lateral shifting is set electrically or in line with order automatically



3. Glue Spraying System


● Work with famous glue sprayer supplier ERO, Italy to guarantee the satisfied aftersale service both home and abroad;

● The latest gluing system of ERO, Italy does the auto tracing and non-contract precise gluing without any setting;

●This gluing system features environment friendly without glue leak, saving and easy maintenance.



4. Power Equipment

Main power uses frequency converter motor works synchronously with printer;

●All the powers adopt timing belt transmission featuring simple structure, low noise and tiny vibration;

● Moving parts are constructed with lead screw and straight rails


5. Ejector


Photocell precise counter employed;

● Tree group servo motors constitute the accurate counting function for stacking output at high speed;

● High speed separating bar is controlled with servo motor to secure the piling-up in exact number;

● Pneumatic aid blank taking bar is able to make stacked blanks flat and neat;

● Pneumatic stacking unit ejects out the stacked blanks neatly;

● Strong air blowing-down equipment prevents blanks from warping when they are ejected from folder to secure they are stacked neatly. The airflow director can be set freely;

● The back baffle can be set back or forth automatically or manually in line with blank specifications;

● The back baffle buffing blanket is installed to reduce the impact of blanks at high speed to prevent blanks from damaging;

● Upper/bottom conveying belt conveys the piled blanks out synchronously;

● Upper conveying belt vertical position is set automatically or manually via elevator and the stacking height can be changed according to baled blanks numbers;

● Ejector can be shifted laterally entirely to secure the blanks dropped at the center of machine

(1) The gears of highly precise transmission is made of quality steel alloy through carburizinghardening and milling (tooth surface hardness: HRC=60-62, featuring high transmission strength, satisfied abrasive resistance and stable performance;

(2) It is oiled with enclosed splashing mode to secure transmission accuracy to prolong its lfie.


5) Spline Free Joint Ring

The shaft and gears are coupled with spline-free joint ring to minimize the clearance when a heave torque is exerted, featuring easy installation, accurate transmission and precise registration.

It is made of 60mm grey pig iron through annealing, then machined on CNC machining center, featuring accurate machining quality.


6) Central Dedusting Duct

This machine is designed with central dedusting duct and matched muffler pipeline equipped with all-course vacuum suction system, and added with dust collection chamber.
